Rental Terms

  • Overtime will be charged accordingly (1Mill IDR/hrs for studio and 250k IDR/hrs for assistant)

  • Additional early and late hours are possible; overtime rates will apply: + 50% per hour before 8 am and after 5 pm.

  • Plans can shift, we get it — you’re free to reschedule up to 5 working days before your shoot. You’ll have 3 months from the original date to pick a new slot.

  • The remaining balance is due on the shoot day.

  • Set-up and clean-up are part of your booking. Arrive on time, wrap on time, and the flow stays smooth for everyone. If there’s a booking before or after yours, we’ll let you know. Staying more than 15 minutes past your end-time when another client is scheduled right after will incur a 1 Mill IDR late fee.

  • Your rental window starts exactly at your booked time and ends exactly at your booked time (15-minute grace included). This window covers everything: set-up, breakdown, clean-up, and pack-up.
